As a long-term user of the Temenos Transact back-office solution, Banco Sabadell, Miami Branch, was looking to enhance its customer service by providing a comprehensive front-office solution to support its client advisors. OneAston assisted the bank in defining its requirements and how these could be achieved in the Temenos solution.
Within the challenging context of COVID lockdowns and remote working, the teams of both organizations worked together remotely to implement the solution and complete a successful project. This success illustrates the strength of both organizations, including OneAston’s delivery model which operated entirely remotely across its delivery centers located in Asia and North America. The project leveraged the OneAston expertise, methodologies and adaptability coming from many years of successfully implementing the Temenos platform.
The addition of the Temenos Wealth solution has provided several key features and functions for Banco Sabadell, Miami Branch such as customer dashboards, consolidated portfolio views, investment performance and valuation, order input with pre-trade compliance checking, investment proposal generation and enhanced client statement reporting.
